EXCELLENT lasagna, lamb chops, and shakshouka. We’ve been in, and all over, Ecuador the last 4 weeks trying various cuisines at numerous places. Batzeq BY FAR topped every meal we’ve had so far. EXCELLENT lasagna, lamb chops, and shakshouka; all made to order. They clearly take pride in the preparation and flavor of each meal served. Hoping we can squeeze in one more meal here before we leave.

Went here yesterday May 31 2023 and it was phenomenal! I had the kebab de Ris. The flavor was amazing. The bread and dips were perfect. It reminded me of kofta in Egypt but better. This place should be packed every day of the week. My favorite restaurant since vacationing in Ecuador and the Galapagos.
